Privacy policy
Version of 17 September 2026. This policy explains how MedTravel Armenia (Yerevan, Armenia) processes the personal data of website visitors and clients.
Data we collect
- Name, phone, messenger and email that you enter in a form or send us
- Details of the procedure you are interested in, photos and medical records you send for a consultation
- Technical data: IP address, the page the request came from, UTM tags, cookies
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote
- To arrange your consultation, treatment, accommodation and transfers
- For visitor analytics, only if you accept cookies
Legal basis
We process data with your consent, given when you submit a form, and to perform the contract for organising your treatment (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Health data is a special category (Article 9 GDPR): please send only what the doctor needs; we use it solely to organise your treatment, based on your explicit consent.
Who we share data with
- Partner clinics and doctors who provide the consultation and treatment
- Hotels and transport providers, as needed for bookings
- Technical providers: website hosting, email and messaging services
- Analytics providers Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, only after you accept cookies
Retention
Up to three years after your last contact or until you withdraw consent, unless the law requires longer storage.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct or delete it, withdraw consent, object to processing and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
