A SMAS facelift works on the deeper muscle and fascia layer, not just the skin, so results look natural and last longer than a skin-only lift. It is often combined with a neck lift or blepharoplasty.

Recovery
Swelling and bruising are visible for 2–3 weeks; stitches are removed in stages. We plan your flight after the surgeon's check-up, usually after 10 days.
