FAQ

Answers to the questions patients ask most often. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp.

Do I need a visa?

EU citizens can enter Armenia without a visa for short stays. We check the current rules for your passport before you book flights.

How does the first consultation work?

We arrange an online video call with your chosen doctor before the trip. The doctor reviews your photos and records, listens to your goals and proposes a treatment plan. The consultation is free and non-binding.

Can the price change once I arrive?

You receive the final quote for medical and travel services before the trip, and it is fixed in the contract. It can only change if, after the in-person examination, the doctor proposes a different plan, and only with your agreement.

How do I pay?

Depending on the clinic, you pay by card, in cash or by bank transfer. We agree the payment method in advance.

Who will be with me in Yerevan?

From the moment you land a personal coordinator is with you: airport pick-up, appointments, hotel and everyday questions. An interpreter joins consultations when needed.

When can I fly home after surgery?

It depends on the procedure and your surgeon. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) recommends waiting 5–7 days after body procedures and 7–10 days after facial procedures. We plan your dates accordingly.

Where will I stay while I recover?

Usually the first night after surgery is in the clinic, then in a hotel near the clinic that we book in advance.

What if I have questions after I return home?

We stay in touch: send photos and questions to your coordinator, who passes them to the surgeon. We can arrange an online follow-up if needed.
